Property Description

Located just 300 yards from the lifts and children's ski school, this spacious, ground level Ponderosa unit with garage has views of Mt Crested Butte ski runs and surrounding peaks. At the base area, access lifts, recreation services, dining and shopping on the mountain. You can find more shopping and entertainment options in the historic Town of Crested Butte, without the parking hassle via the free scheduled shuttle bus, the Mountain Express.

The living room features a duralog burning fireplace and views of Mt Crested Butte. The living room is also equipped with a TV, DVD/VCR and stereo for your evening's pleasure.

The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a nice spacious privacy bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 twin beds; however, if you so desire, there is a bed bridge on hand to push the twins together and make into a king bed.

The common area hot tub is centrally located on the hill to give you geourgous views of Mt Crested Butte as well as many surrounding mountain ranges.

Discover the historic mining town of Crested Butte! During the winter premiers the ski slopes hosted by the Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Downhill skiing and snowboarding are the most common activities in the winter, but you can also snowmobile, sled, cross-country ski and ice-skate. In the summer, discover the Wildflower Capital of Colorado in the many surrounding mountains with 4-wheel trails, hiking trails, mountain biking trails and horseback riding trails! Just 40 miles away is the Blue Mesa Lake (largest lake in Colorado) where you can rent a boat for fishing, water skiing or even try your hand at wind surfing. Approximately 26 miles away is the small town of Almont where you can find plenty to keep you busy--either fly fishing, white water rafting, kayaking or duckying!
